Weeks (or even months) of preparations from everyone just for this one single day which carries an important meaning to all of us. Too bad I can only join them on the eve, and didn't really get to help out on anything.

CNY @ Suntec City

Alas, some Dragon thingy for this CNY season! This golden dragon sits outside of the entrance of Suntec City leading to the MRT station. Can say this is the best CNY decoration I saw at Singapore for this year, although not really satisfy with the result of all the decoration hunting I had made for this CNY season. Maybe if I reach back Batu Pahat early tomorrow, I will make a trip to the mall and see what I have over there.

Bling-bling CNY @ Marina Squre

Another bling-bling CNY decoration at Marina Square. Was there the night before this picture was taken and saw those bling-bling appear to be looking good. So the next day I travelled all the way back to Marina Square again to realize that the shot can only be taken at night. Why? Because of the material they use for the roof. Shoot it after many many hours of waiting, can't really wait till the sky turn dark as I was rushing to another place after that. SKY Y U NO DARK EARLIER? =.=|||

This is the biggest dragon I have seen at Singapore this year, laying in the middle of the road. No zoom lens so I ended up with this picture, all for not having a zoom lens.

This is the philosophy of life of this amazing girl, Arfa Karim Randhawa. Its just so sad that such a bright girl passed away at such young age. May you rest in peace.

Went to CNY Decoration Hunting and was really disappointed with what I can find at Singapore. Picture says a thousand words! Hrmph...

PS : Or am I looking at the wrong place?

Its been a while now, thou not as consistent as last time, but still trying my very best to come out with some interesting pictures out of my boring work life at Singapore. Here is the compilation of some of the best pictures I have shared for the past year. How time flies and so many things happened in my life, good and bad. 1 year ago at this very date, I am still a student at MMU, struggling with my FYP, and here I am now working at Singapore. Wonder where will I be and where my blog is heading this exact date next year? @.@

CNY Decoration Shop

This shop does not appear to be anything special to me, but there is a lot of tourist shooting from the outside. With my camera on my hand, I just jumped in and join the crowd to snap this picture. So this is some of the many many kind of decorations available for this year dragon year!

PS : Kinda disappointed with the decoration at Chinatown, Singapore this year. Or is it just me for having too high of expectation with the decorations?

Christmas Along Orchard, Tiffany & Co

This is the three Christmas trees you can find somewhere along Orchard road, thanks to the generosity of Tiffany & Co. Did not get to shot it when its light is up at night due to the overcrowded street and thanks to the hot weather (yes, even at night), it totally kills my mood to walk back there to snap these three guys.

It Christmas time again of the year! Imma gonna try to come out with some christmast shot for the whole week! This one is shot at Ngee Ann City, Orchard. Super huge christmast tree lying in the middle of the mall and thanks to the indoor lighting which help complete the shot, here it is for the celebration! Christmas is L.O.V.E., so spread the love with your love ones!
